This policy describes information handled by the Rise Crown game and this website. Contact the Rise Crown team through our support form for privacy questions or requests.

Game progress

The current game stores progress, armies and inventory on your device. Local arena opponents and results are stored locally. Uninstalling the game or losing the device may remove this data. The current release is single-player and does not publish ratings. A profile previously published in an older release can be removed by contacting support; inactive entries are hidden after 180 days.

Purchases

Apple handles payment and purchase verification through the App Store. The game stores product and transaction identifiers, verified signed purchase records, subscription dates and a randomly generated local commerce profile identifier on your device to deliver purchases once. Apple receives that random profile identifier as an app-account token for new purchases. It is not an online game account. No purchase evidence is uploaded to a game server in this release. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple processes information under its own privacy policy.

Support

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the message you provide. We use them to answer your request and resolve problems. Requests are stored on our hosting server and retained for up to 180 days, unless a longer period is needed to handle an unresolved request or meet a legal obligation.

Website and security

Our hosting infrastructure processes IP addresses and technical request information to serve the site and protect it from abuse. The support service uses a daily hash of the requesting IP address to limit repeated submissions. This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Sharing and your choices

We do not sell personal information. Hosting providers process information needed to operate the service; Apple processes purchases. Information may also be disclosed where legally required. You may request access, correction or deletion of information submitted to support through the support form. Your rights depend on applicable law.

Children and changes

The game is not designed to collect personal information from children. Please do not include sensitive personal information in feedback. If a child has submitted personal information, contact support to request its deletion. We will update this policy when our data practices change.
